Unless the product arrives damaged or defective, our 14-day return policy excludes opened or partially used products since we cannot restock these items for resale.
To return a product you have to complete the form and request a valid RMA number within 14 days of invoice.
If a product is faulty on arrival or order is incorrect please contact us immediately. Espressoland.com.au may request to provide pictures of the products received.
