Caffè Borbone has chosen to import high-quality Single Origin Fine Robusta coffee from Nicaragua to highlight the concept of "terroir". Nicaragua is known for growing some of the best coffee varieties in the world. The coffee is of superior quality, perfectly balanced, with a soft, rich, and full-bodied cup, sweet, and without too strong acidity. The fine Robusta is grown at 250 meters above sea level in a lush area located on the Atlantic side, exactly in the center between the Equator and Tropic of Cancer.
