Unless the product arrives damaged or defective, our 30-day return policy excludes opened or partially used products since we cannot restock these items for resale.
To return a product you have to complete the form and request a valid RMA number within 30 days of invoice.
- Return unopened products and we will credit you the price of the goods in full, (excluding cartage) and provided the goods are returned in the same condition as they were sent.
- A 10% admin and restocking fee may apply.
- A replacement product will be shipped or money less costs credited as soon as the return has been received.
If a product is faulty on arrival or order is incorrect please contact us immediately. Espressoland.com.au may request to provide pictures of the products received.
