Espresso
Use a compatible capsule with your machine. Extract 15–20ml for a ristretto or 30ml for an espresso.
Long Black
Extract a 30ml shot (or 50–60ml for a double shot) using a compatible capsule. Discard the capsule, then top up with hot water.
Flat White
Extract a 30ml shot using a compatible capsule. Froth about 150ml of milk (Robusta blends recommended) and add to the coffee.
Latte
Extract a 30ml shot using a compatible capsule. Warm about 150ml of milk and add to the coffee.
Cappuccino
Extract a 30ml shot using a compatible capsule. Froth about 100ml of milk (Robusta blends recommended) and add to the coffee.
