This infographic is inspired by experience with the regular testing we have conducted since starting this coffee journey a few years ago. It’s worth noting that our reference point is Italian-style espresso, which is typically made by forcing very hot water under high pressure (9 bar) through finely ground, compacted coffee. The coffee systems included in this first infographic are: Lavazza BLUE, a professional system by Lavazza; Espresso Point MAXI; Nespresso; Lavazza A Modo Mio; Lavazza Espresso Point; and ESE.
