Once the payment was processed the dispatch and delivery was fast and efficient. The various pods all have an excellent flavour and great crema. Much better than the branded version. Highly recommend and will certainly purchase again.

The order arrived within three days and customer service (advising that the order was being processed, when it was ready for shipping, when it was on its way) was exemplary.
